Security Deposit:

  • All events require a refundable security deposit of $250. This will be refunded via mail after the venue passes inspection following an event.

Weddings:

  • $350 venue rental ($200 non-refundable deposit due with signed contract in order to book venue; balance due 30 days prior to the event date). Timeframe must be arranged with The Larimore Home Director.

Other Events:

  • $100 venue rental for six hour time limit ($50 non-refundable deposit due with signed contract in order to book venue; balance due 30 days prior to the event date).
  • To add additional hours to your event, rates begin at $50 per hour.
